From the moment I contacted Chevy Brianna was very professional and extremely helpful. She arranged a driver to pick me up, tow truck service to get my Yukon out the middle of the road, getting the details and estimated timeline on the issues of my vehicle, to arranging my loaner. She went out of her way to coordinate with John for all issues and concerns. Brianna and John did not disappoint and provided excellent customer service and they made this entire unfortunate circumstance as easy as possible. I appreciate the team I have at my local Southern Pines Chevy service department.

Great service team and experience.

On delivery i found a scratch on my new vehicle. The response from the dealership was to take it to a dealership near me and see what they say about them repairing it and billing the dealership where i bought it. This should be done by the dealership where i purchased it, it shouldn't be me doing this.

Brianna and team are always so curtious and receptive to their customers. Have been going here for 6 years now. Highly recommend............
